3. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the affected order or item.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, product colors and appearance may vary because of device display settings, screen calibration, manufacturing variations, or product updates.

We do not guarantee that every product will appear exactly as displayed online. Please review product information carefully before placing an order. If an item received differs materially from its description, please contact Customer Support in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices, product details, availability, and promotional offers may be changed at any time without prior notice. Although we work to keep pricing accurate, errors may occur. If an item is listed with an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order, notify you of the error, and issue a refund if payment has already been processed.

Product availability displayed on our website does not guarantee fulfillment. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may notify you, cancel the unavailable item or order, and issue any applicable refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary because of destination, customs clearance, carrier schedules, warehouse operations, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International delivery may take up to approximately 30 days after payment confirmation in certain circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. International Orders, Customs, and Import Charges

Customers are responsible for confirming that products may be legally imported into their country or region. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from product prices and shipping fees paid at checkout.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to your access to or use of the website, your purchases of products, or your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

You and Vagabundary agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
